ADBLogger License Agreement

Grant of License: DivinityCodes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ADBLogger in a commercial environment, subject to the payment of applicable fees and adherence to the terms of this Agreement.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to ADBLogger, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by DivinityCodes. The software is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of ADBLogger, except as permitted by applicable law without limitation.
Disclaimer of Warranties: ADBLogger is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. DivinityCodes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall DivinityCodes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of ADBLogger, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of ADBLogger and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, concerning its subject matter.
